Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas, also known as Ashanti, was born on 13 October, 1980 at Glen Cove New York United States. She is a singer from the United States. and songwriter. The track "What's the Love?" by Fat Joe and Ja Rule, entitled Always on Time are both massive hits. The Declaration was Ashanti's fourth studio album that was released on 3 June 2008. Hey Baby was released for the radio and online on 16 October 2009. The actress starred in the movie Christmas in the City and as Latasha the character Montclair from Army Wives. Aitch is a British rapper sampled her song Rock wit U for Baby on March 10, 2022.
